Subscription rules that creators can understand before checkout.
Paid plans should feel powerful, not mysterious. This page explains how recurring billing and founder pricing are intended to work.

Annual founder pricing
Pricing pages may show the effective monthly founder rate while charging annually at checkout. The lower text should always show the annual amount before the creator subscribes.
The founder rate is locked for active paying founders while the paid subscription remains active and in good standing.
Credits, add-ons, and offsets
Credits may be used for AI or other plan-metered activity. Add-ons, sample purchases, extra usage, or affiliate-income offsets may change what a creator owes in future billing periods as Logie billing evolves.
If a future month has credits or earnings that offset subscription charges, Logie may reduce the net amount charged or carry forward eligible credits based on the account ledger.
Cancellation and failed payments
- Canceling generally stops future renewals while keeping access through the already-paid period.
- Canceling, downgrading to free, or failed payments can forfeit the founder rate.
- If payment fails, Logie or its payment processor may retry, ask for an updated payment method, pause access, or downgrade the account.
